Amazon front to deny valid insurance claims

This business is just a con to try lend some credibility to Amazon. The fulfillment service delivery guys from Amazon scratched my Mercedes by scraping the dishwasher along the side of the car. EU600 damage to respray the scratch and the "claims assessment" at ARC Claims Management just denied any responsibility. Ultimately, this company is just a front for Amazon to escape any liability for the damage done by their delivery and installation teams.

Will Not Pay My Clain Despite Providing Evidence

An Amazon vehicle hit my vehicle and fled the scene, leaving its bumper behind. Spoke to Amazon and was referred to ARC. Despite my details and physical evidence, they still try to say that it's insufficient evidence. After reading reviews, I see that this is their method of operation. I've contacted the BBB, NJ Consumer Afaris and will be filing peppers in court and reporting them to the local news media.
