Nonresponsive - provides false information

I cannot get anyone to answer phone, emails or return my call. My portecochere was damaged December 2, 2022. I received notice on 1/18 23 of payment approved minus depreciation. I questioned why they were deducting depreciation since I was not their client and a lkcense adjuster said I was not subject to depreciation. Christine, my adjuster said she would need to talk with her supervisor because she wasn't the one that initially handled my claim. That was on January 31 and I have not heard from anyone. Meanwhile, I have bricks continuing to fall as a result of the hit by the Amazon driver. One barely missed by 3 year old grandson. I am very disappointed in this company. The check they said they approved on 1/18/23 has not been received. My husband and I are senior citizens and just want our porte'cochere repaired.

terrible company to deal with, scum bags, no star rating

Do not use or settle with this company, they are representing Amazon whose company had a driver come into my driveway tore up newly seal coated then drove away tearing down mailbox all on camera and still shots of damage then says they will give me $100. And insult the mailbox is $76 and another $250 to fix driveway and I am putting out on all social medias of how bad a company this is. They are scum to the core. Do not use them.
