Will Not Pay My Clain Despite Providing Evidence

An Amazon vehicle hit my vehicle and fled the scene, leaving its bumper behind. Spoke to Amazon and was referred to ARC. Despite my details and physical evidence, they still try to say that it's insufficient evidence. After reading reviews, I see that this is their method of operation. I've contacted the BBB, NJ Consumer Afaris and will be filing peppers in court and reporting them to the local news media.

Nonresponsive - provides false information

I cannot get anyone to answer phone, emails or return my call. My portecochere was damaged December 2, 2022. I received notice on 1/18 23 of payment approved minus depreciation. I questioned why they were deducting depreciation since I was not their client and a lkcense adjuster said I was not subject to depreciation. Christine, my adjuster said she would need to talk with her supervisor because she wasn't the one that initially handled my claim. That was on January 31 and I have not heard from anyone. Meanwhile, I have bricks continuing to fall as a result of the hit by the Amazon driver. One barely missed by 3 year old grandson. I am very disappointed in this company. The check they said they approved on 1/18/23 has not been received. My husband and I are senior citizens and just want our porte'cochere repaired.
