The whole experience was good and the solar was done when it was supposed to be. The only issue I have is the loan was over quoted by 11,000. And was paid out to Arcadia solar. They told me I would receive the excess amount. It has been a year and I have only received 2750.00. and I have been promised the rest month after month and now no response by Moses. He was the one I've been dealing with through this whole matter. Resolution Sought I would like to receive the rest of the money that I'm paying for through the loan I'm paying on or send it back to the loan company so my loan is smaller.

I installed Arcadia solar energy panels in August 2022 and now my NV energy bill is higher now than before I had the panels installed. Now I have to pay higher bills to NV energy as well as Arcadia. Who do I go to for help with this situation. I tried calling NV energy, they told me to call the solar company, I called Arcadia and they told me to contact NV ENERGY, I live in in my home with my grandson and my two years old great granddaughter. Resolution Sought I need to get an answer as to what I was told would happen if I installed the solar panels. I was told that my energy bill would be lowered and it is not happening. I am retired on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay these high bills
