I placed an order with Arcani Coi Care # 42106. After several emails sent, my products were never being sent, there was no response. My first time ordering in the beginning of 2023 I did receive the Enthroned edges. The product is amazing. The second time I decided to order 2 and I never received my products! I would like refund! I would rather the product, but at this point I at least need my money back!! Resolution Sought To receive my money back or 2 of the enthroned edges.

I have order from this company at least 3 times . I have never had a problem. But this time a made a purchased in august and I still have not received my product. I purchased in august i have tried to contact them and every contact is not working. I spent $22.00 my order # was SQ7215734 my quantity was 2 bottles of edge control the no rub. it was on sale for half price. I would like the product but if that is not possible I would like a refund. they need to have a better real contact because i would not have contacted this way if i could have got in touch. Resolution Sought Ship my product please.
