Customer Complaint

The technician came to our house and broke a few things on our boiler. They cracked a valve and ripped our pilot tube which caused a natural gas leak into our house. I have pictures of all of the damage as well. We have also paid them a subscription plan over the past year. We had to pay someone else to get it fixed and also have our gas shut off. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay for the damages that were fixed.
