On March 5th 2024 I purchased a used washer & dryer from Arctic Whole, it was delivered on the 6th On the 7th I Attempted to do my first load of laundry and the dryer wasn't blowing out hot air, so I called Arctic Wholesale they said they could send a repair guy out on Friday the 8th after 2pm so I left work early & waited for the repair guy, he came the is blowing out warm air but not hot air ,ok I moved forward on Saturday evening I attempted to do a load of laundry and the washer stop mid cycle, at this time the store closed until Monday the 11 rh I called explain now the washer isn't working, again they told me ok we can send someone out today after 2pm. Again I have to leave work early head home & wait at 15 minutes to 4pm I call again to see what time someone is coming no answer I leave a voicemail, then they call and say the repair can't come today!! Maybe tomorrow or Wednesday at that point I ask for a refund I can't continue to take off work early for no one to show up...it been 7 days of hell and they are refusing to give me a refund stating they have a no refund policy, but no where in the store nor on the website does it say no refund, then they said it's on the receipt and reply with that's deceitful because you only get a receipt after you purchase nothing was disclose prior to purchase about a non refundable policy. All I want is my money back I'm a single mom with NO MONEY TO SPARE,there has to be a law that protects consumers from places like this. Resolution Sought All I want is a full refund, I wasn't able to use any of their equipment, this has been a nightmare dealing with this store and employees
