On June 2nd i purchased a car stereo and rear camera with installation from Arden Audio. I was handed my purchased items and was told to go to their other shop for installation (Pacific Audio). I went immediately over for the install. The install was done very fast and sloppy. I couldn't talk to anyone when I returned to pick up my truck because everyone had left for the day except the employee waiting in his car for me so he can give me my keys. Nobody showed me anything . I was rushed out so they could close the gate and go home. The next day i went to Arden Audio to get the stereo that they removed and was told the installer wasn't there and that they'll call me the next day when he worked again because they couldn't find the stereo. I called them the next day and was told the installer said the stereo was put in the bed of my truck. He was lying, there wasn't anything in my truck bed and if they can't find it then they need to replace it with one that's just like it. They said they don't know what to tell me except they would find a broken Pioneer stereo and give it to me. My stereo was not broken and the reason why nobody could find it is because the installer took it. I also had issues with the stereo that was installed and the backup camera. The installer did a horrible job on the install and left wires and drinks in my truck. Bottom line is that I want my stereo back. It wasn't theirs to take. Resolution Sought I want my stereo that was removed back. It was not theirs to take
