am a very disappointed in your customer service and your ability to provide adequate service for your prices that you charge. I find it kind of appauling that you would use or read the Franklin's name for this venue when what you're doing actually is price gauging and the service after you raise your prices it's very poor at best. I bought two $64 tickets to the Mario concert and didn't even end up getting a seat when I got there I asked the Usher to accompany me to my seat she told me to go find somebody else because she knew and I knew that someone had taken my seat it was crowded it was standing room only. I had to go find an Usher to accompany me to my seat when we got there a big 300 pound woman was sitting in my seat and when the Usher showed her my ticket that it was my seat she started looking at her phone as if she was ignoring him then she scooted over like I was going to squeeze in that seat with her in 90 degree weather and she was with all of her friends. After she refused to get up the usher told me to sit somewhere else and when I did someone came to me and said these are my seats so I got up walk to the door prepare to leave because I didn't want any trouble I'm 63 years old. Moreover when I went to the box office to purchase the ticket I was on my lunch break I drove from Auburn hills mi. I went to cash line. The lady put me on hold bc I was in the cash line. While I waited people were purchasing tickets for the concert I waited about minutes. Resolution Sought I want a refund for tickets
