They towed my vehicle from a condo complex. There's only a couple signs in the whole complex that say no backing in. Didn't even have my vehicle for 10 hours charged me $400 to get it out. They do not take debit or credit cards at all cash only business. They may not be paying taxes Resolution Sought I would like my money back and I would like for them to charge a more reasonable amount for people to get their car out of impound. To spend $400 to get a car out that hasn't even been there for 24 hours is absolutely ridiculous. And then it's $30 each day. Low income people cannot afford this. It is absolutely robbing people. Not even sure how it's legal.
