I went to get a car from the lot 2012 c300 Mercedes benz drove it the thing had transmission problems dealer told me to bring it to lot so mechanic can look at it says goes by I ask what's going on went there nov24 2025 with my 2 year old son he the guy used profanity in front of my son and was very unprofessional and said they weren't doing refunds so I work a deal with him and said hey if this car is better can I put more down and get it he said yes now this car has electrical issue an be wrong even crank I have come to the conclusion that they reset check engine light just long enough to get off the lots there's is no way I bought 2 lemons back to back from these people and they are allow on doing so Resolution Sought Refund or shut down in business

We, at Ark Auto Sales, are a family owned and operated business. I apologize for any profanity that was used during your sales experience. We sell everything, AS IS. You are welcome and encouraged to get all vehicles checked out by a mechanic of your choice prior to purchasing. He drove it, he wanted it, he bought it (financed). He brought it back within a few days and out of the kindness of our hearts allowed him to swap in to another vehicle. The specific vehicle that was chosen, my salesman told him that he would not sell it to him because it had just gotten out of the electric shop and we wanted to spend some time with it. The customer refused, drove it, and insisted that was the one he wanted. This complaint was the next thing we have heard from him. No calls, no questions, nothing. We are always willing to help but can't help what we don't know.

In response to this I swap the vehicle and gave 600$ down now you called me not about this complaint but a $216 balance and asking to repo the car over that once again my intentions was not to purchase another lemon I even ask the mechanic before I purchased the jeep what was the issue he said electrical issues it went to the shop and was fix there is no way those same electrical issues came back I’m convinced what you guys call fixing cars is disconnecting the battery and resetting the cars computer the same thing you guys told me to do with the Mercedes Benz that didn’t work a
