After the storm of June 14 2023, a man named Derrick knocked on our door and asked if we wanted an estimate on our hail damaged roof and siding and we said yes. Derrick went to our insurance company, State Farm insurance, under agent D.J. Motley and the nightmare started. We had hail damage, now we have water leaking through our new roof, sagging ceiling that could fall on my 69 year old husband, myself who is disabled and 65 or my son in his last year of school. We have given Arkansas River Valley 7 attempts to repair the damage they have caused and have one more scheduled. Please help us get our home back. Resolution Sought To have a reputable and honest contractor come and fix all the damaged to our home. We have already paid Arkansas river valley roofing 15,600.00 plus 158.00 to dish to fix the satellite Dish River Valley installed backwards. All of this on disability check and State Farms 24,000 plus and a 4000. Addendum. Now, the inside of my home is ruined and the outside is not fixed correctly and I am really stressed out.

This house is 100 years old, the insurance told us to put rolled roofing and then the permit officer has us take that off and put TPO on a residential house. The house is still leaking due to the siding that the insurance has paid to have replaced but we have not touched the siding because we were contracted for the ceiling. We are actively working on this and the house has passed inspection.
