They are selling burnt ribs.

The first time I went to this location to order ribs, I received burnt ribs. During my next visit I requested that I did not want burnt ribs, in which I received exactly what I requested. On December 31, 2019, I called in a order, requesting the ribs not to be burnt. However, when I got to location to pick up my order the ribs were burnt. I ask the owner if I could wait on some that aren't burnt, he said they all burnt. I explained to him that selling burnt food is unhealthy. I would like to know if you can investigate this situation.
