Customer service is terrible. When calling to try and get service provided they hang up on you and or dont answer. When a tech finally came out after trying to get a hold of them multiple time the tech refused to give service to us due to the house that is at the end of the road dosent want their internet. Also their website is completley broken and dosent work when trying to fill out online application. I have reported this and its still broken after almost a year Resolution Sought I would like for them to fix their online application process so me and other people can use it effectively like its ment to be used. Id like for better customer service. Also i would like to be provided an internet service. The state of louisian started this infrastructure bill for internet so people in rural areas can actually have internet service and i would like to be afforded that instead of a tech telling us no because some one else on the road dosent want the service

We have built a fiber network using mostly Grant dollars. This Grant process is designed to serve specific addresses selected for several reasons. Darren does not live at an address approved by the Grant. Our marketing, website and network is designed to service specific customers to meet the requirement of the Grant. Luckily we have hooked up and are providing service to Darren using private dollars.
