Service Appointment

Today I had a scheduled appointment for my furnace check and tune-up. Troy arrived on time and checked it out and explained what had been done on a previous visit. He was very friendly has good personality and seems to care about the customer. I rate him among the tops at Arlinghaus.

There customer service is terrible.

There customer service is terrible. I had an appointment set today 6/2/2020, at two o'clock I get a call saying they won't be out today, won't be able to come until July? Get home at 5 they are sitting in my driveway, no call no nothing. And this is not the first time that this has happened! I would like the owner Brian, to contact me, so he knows exactly how his employees treat his customers. Now in the process of filling this complaint I receive a call from his service manager Ryan, very nice gentleman, I explained to him that I would like Brian himself to call me.
