Our air conditioner has been out of service since Mother's Day. We had an Arlinghaus service tech assess the situation the next day, and a part was ordered. We were promised 3-4 days. We were finally told the part would be installed today, 9 days later. Now Arlinghaus claims the part is incorrect and it will be another 5 days. This is unacceptable. We have been suffering in a house reaching 90 or more degrees. Since our system is still under warranty, we are asking for a new system to be installed at the cost of Arlinghaus. Resolution Sought A new system installed at their cost.

Company states; On May 15th, 2024, our licensed technician diagnosed the part failure that was causing the AC unit at customer home not to operate. While at customer home technician contacted local manufacture part store. At time of failure the part was not in stock with local manufacture and would need to be shipped from plant. Shipping time was 3-5 business days. May 21st, 2024, part was received from manufacture. Upon receiving of part, it was identified that part shipped was wrong part. We immediately contact local manufacture; the correct part was located at another city location. That part was delivered on May 22, 2024, and repairs were completed same day and customer has cooling. Customer has been called several times and voicemail left to verify that system is operating correctly. No call back has been received. Contact me if you have any questions.
