On June 10 I had a rep from Arlington Lock and Key Services come out to open a locked safe deposit box. When calling for the service, I mentioned it was a medium-sized lock box. They quoted a price from $275-325. When the rep came, he said it would be ~$500 given that he thought it was a small safe deposit box. Regardless, I was on the hook for the service fee. I needed access to the safe deposit box. The Service notes on their website that they are transparent about their costs. They are NOT! That is the reason for my complaint... Thanks! Resolution Sought Refund to reflect my ask of $275-325. I would rate the company with no stars if I could. They spent merely 1/2 hr to open the safe. They also did not offer to transport the damaged box outside. Pretty sad service!!!
