Good Morning; I'm a Healthcare provider and I have a ongoing 1st time payment arrangement for late rent due to payroll pushing back this months deposit. From Friday October 4, 2024 at 8:00am to Friday October 11, 2024. Working in Emergency medicine we are paid biweekly. My attorney will be notified during lunchbreak today. The Avenue at Lakeshore property. Have been very accommodating of our family of four for almost two years. I would hate to see a great residential-landlord relationship. End due to miscommunication. Resolution Sought Since I'm just 7-days behind due to payroll at the hospital ?? pushing back this months payday from Friday October 4,2024 at 8:00am . To Friday October 11, 2024 at 8:00am. This is the only time I have been late laying rent the two-years I've been a resident at their property. Unfortunately; The manager isn't willing to accept late payments.
