In the beginning of March I purchased a vehicle from Arlington truck center. Roughly two weeks later the car's check engine light, and oil light popped on. I called them because the vehicle is under warranty I took the vehicle to them on Wednesday April the 10th. I expressed my concerns on getting my vehicle back in a timely manner and the manager JJ said that it wouldn't take a week. Fast forward to today the car still isn't fixed and is just sitting in their "mechanic shop". I called and told them that at this point I was just going to come and retrieve the vehicle. One of the sales rep pretending to be a manager told me I could not come and get the car back and that I wouldn't be getting it back. I've paid 1500 down and have made my payments at this point this is unlawful. Resolution Sought Give me my car back or just give me my money.

Based on our records, you purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from the Arlington Truck Center dealership, and this vehicle came with a limited warranty for 18 months or 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first; the limited warranty covered internal lubricated parts only on the Engine, Transmission, and Differential.
