Ordered a few things from Arm the Animals website on December 6th 2023. Order is still unfulfilled as of today 09 January 2024. I have attempted to contact them multiple times on their contact us website over the last couple weeks. I have messaged them several times on Facebook messenger as well as email. They have not responded to any forms of contact. I have looked on their Facebook page and they are still posting and advertising. There are a lot of people expressing their concerns and frustrations on their Facebook page as well. Some have had orders from over 2 months ago. Resolution Sought Order fulfilled, an explanation of issue of back order or full refund.
