Customer Complaint

On or about August 6, 2020, I took my 2014 Cadillac srx to Armen Cadillac dealership for a radiator replacement. However, while my car was there, the respondent claimed that I needed other work done. Respondent claimed that I needed fuel injection cleaning, replacement of upper cooler lines, power steering fluid, replacement of both front control arm bushings, align front end and rear suspensions, replace air filter, service throttle body and automatic transmission fluid exchange service. These repairs came to a total of $3902.29. Nevertheless, I authorized the repairs. On October 2, 2020, the car kept cutting off and losing all power and I had my car towed back to Armen. A few days later, I got a call from Mr. Marc Shuster, Service Advisor, indicating that the trunk was full of water, and it cost me another $25,00 .00 the have the car repaired. On October 7, 2020, I paid additional $170.00 to have my car released from the service department. The car had to be towed to another dealership because it was still not running. In November I filed a complaint with the BBB and the complaint came back as unresolved. I had to buy another car. Resolution Sought In an effort in resolving this matter, I'm requesting half ($2000) that I spent to have the car repaired that never happened.
