Since my appointment was canceled by Armstrong back in July my service has been very hidden mess… I was told that a service man came out looked at the box on the outside of the house and supposedly fixed it, then there were issues with TiVo then there were issues with no Internet connection and I spent an hour and a half on the phone last night and another half hour tonight trying to get resolution… Many thanks Resolution Sought A credit due on my account… I have been a dedicated customer for nine years and feel I've been very patient with the poor service these last three months
