I purchased a building from Armstrong Steel early in the year of 2021 and after many conversations have not even received my plans (drawings) to submit to County for permit, I've been given many dates of when I'm going to get them and still not drawing, Now it's October 2021 and may not even be able to erect because won't be able to get foundation done before winter and county won't let me proceed with anything I till I have drawings. What joke this company is leave people waiting and when you ask for money back they say it's in contract we can't give back. Resolution Sought Refund

This is a response to the BCA complaint submitted by our customer, Mr. Potter. Armstrong submits that we have tried to provide customer service to the highest degree possible under the guidance of the agreement both parties made. On March 5, 2021, Mr. Potter was sent a purchase order, which he signed that day. On that purchase order it clearly states that the Buyer shall not be entitled to a refund of the whole or any part of any payments made to Seller, including the initial contract payment. Unfortunately, lead times for all customers have increased dramatically as demand has outpaced our mill's supply and as the entire industry experiences a global steel crisis. Armstrong Steel continues to make every effort possible to combat this industry wide shortage, but we apologize for the impact that we have been unable to avoid.

After contacting one more email Loreel Porter and one to customer service advocate I finally received my drawings for permits and shipping packet for delivery. Took 7 months. If I would have been told the wait time up front, I would have then been able make the choice of going within company or not. Instead I feel like I was roped in and then could either cancel and loose my money invested or wait. Poor business practice for any company.
