I paid the balance off in full because they have sent a letter for collections and garnishment. They said if I paid it off in full, they wouldn't take anything out of my paycheck and now I'm paid it twice and they won't give me my money back every time I call they leave me on hold and I get the runaround Resolution Sought Get a refund
