I am trying to cancel my subscription/contract with Aroma 360 because the oils and scents are making our entire family sick. We can't keep the machine on because we all start to cough when it is on. I pay $150 for oil that we can't keep not sue and they refuse to cancel or even pause the subscription. I offered to send the oil and machine back and they are still refusing to cancel. I have asked to speak to a manager and was told they are in a meeting and would call me back I have sent emails before complaining about the scents and have not received any response. I found a group on Facebook with many others that are having the same issue. I am also going to put in a. Complaint to the attorney general's office I. Florida and Texas. If needed I will get a lawyer involved. Resolution Sought Cancel my contract and monthly charges of $150 to stop. If I could give less than 1 star below I would.

I have a monthly subscription for oil. I've only gotten 1 delivery since November 2024. I've called several times. I get hung up on. I get we will fix the issue but no resolution. I asked to stop payments until I get my product. They continue to charged my car. Resolution Sought My money
