I made a purchase from Aroma360 and instead of just sending my order, someone called to inform me about their VIP program. I hastily signed up for it and am now locked into a 3 year contract. My household income is not the same so I tried to cancel it, but they won't let me because this contract is not a subscription, it's looked at as a loan that I have to pay back. I have not received any funds and the items that I have received do not equal the total that I'm being asked to pay back. I have called several times to explain my situation but they continue to tell me that I'm outside of my 30-day grace period and have offered no assistance besides pausing the subscription. Resolution Sought I want them to void the contract and allow me to pay for just the items that I have received, minus any payments that I have already made ($694.24). I do not want to receive any more products from this company which they send every three months.
