They have the worse response time and customer service. We have made complaints and called every week telling us they would have someone reach out and no one has in months. I receive bills but no services and live with roaches. Yet when I stop paying the bill because they don't do their 1 job they said won't help me until I catch up on the payments. Going into detail of why I don't pay they didn't care. Exactly why they don't get payments. If you don't provide your service then you don't get paid. I highly recommend no one ever dealing with Arrow pest control they do not care about anything but collecting payments. Resolution Sought Refund what we paid for services not done.
