Customer Complaint

Giving false information on equipment. Giving us equipment that was not DOT inspected legally. Scamming us out of our money. Changing the contracts not withholding their contracts. Semitruck is not useable. We got the truck late October with bad tires and leaking oil with no tags or title. Truck was in shop a month and as soon as we get it, it's now running hot again. Truck not drivable and company is accusing us of abandoning the truck when it's not safe to drive. They have not tried to tow truck to a shop or anything to see what's the problem. We notified them of truck issues and that we couldn't drive it and gave them the address as it took place. We have not made any money off truck and they are demanding payment and threatened to repossess and place on credit. We have 90 day warranty and extended warranty and now they are stating we have to take the truck as is or they will repossess it whether we already have contract or not. They also stated they were not gonna fix it because we called their Atlanta location for help. They have a lot of similar complaints on Better Bureau Business website. Unfortunately, we have not pulled any loads or made any money. Resolution Sought Return our money and end contract.
