At the initial purchase of my air conditioning system I received a 24 hour service guarantee which states " if for any reason within one year of the original invoice, the comfort system we installed in your home fails, we promise to restore your comfort for free within 24 hours of your call. If we fail to do so , not only will we fix it for free, but we will also write you a check for $555 . In less than two months they had to come out twice because the system would not start. On the second time they did not arrive within 24 hours of my call as stated in the service guarantee. I called three times to resolve the matter. Twice I was told that a Quality Assurance manager would contact me and they did not. Resolution Sought Pay the $555.00 check ad stated in the service guarantee.
