ARS formerly known as all good is a plumbing and AC repair company out of Norcross off of Beaver run road we had a system installed purchased through them 3 years ago it took them almost a month to get it installed cuz they broke two units trying to install it in the dead of Summer 3 years later during hurricane Elena the power goes out and it blew up my machine during the storm the fan is the problem it has been 30 days and they have not fixed the machine they are in breach of contract I have a 10-year warranty with parts and labor and they are refusing to basically fix the machine every time we call it's issue they do not want to fix it they just give us an excuse parts not in it's not that part it's this part it's that part it's this part we've had several technicians come out since September 29th 2024 and it is now October 24th one month later the unit is still not fixed I have a large family and I take care of my disabled mother and my paralyzed disabled son and my son my unit needs to be fixed and they're not cooperating they are in breach of contract. They debited my bank account and took the $300 payment already and now is the banding $650 on top of it to fix the unit a Mr McCary Resolution Sought AC unit repair and refund on payments made from a company that is in breach of contract
