I think that all of their drivers should go under review, by the state of wisconsin

I've ridden with them several times their customer service and navigation skills are awful, everyone of them is clueless and I ride in all kinds of rides from cabs to Ubers to Medicare rides.. I haven't felt safe at all on the road with these people each time. I'm riding the bus these days, takes a little longer but at least I won't die on the road
