Andrew Sephar agreed to build fence. We came up with price of 8000 for fence and lawn levelling (I agreed to pay for soil). Poor fence quality. Once I paid in full, agreed to correct mistakes in fence and not coming back for lawn levelling. Resolution Sought Correct mistakes in fence and lawn levelling
