Called ASAP at 6pm. They arrived 6:30pm. By 7-7:30pm, they told me the price would be $975.00. I am 78 years old, living alone and using a walker. I didn't want to go through a weekend without water. I was not told before they came that over time charges would be $300.00 an hour or I would have figured out somewhere to go. I agreed to the price, so I know this is my responsibility. I think the company should have to disclose after hour prices before sending someone out. I think this is usuary and would llike it noted on their record. Resolution Sought Make this right.
