Customer Rebuttal

The response from ASAP Motors pretty much confirms my initial statement that they knew the Armada had issues but lied and said there were no issues. Just so you know there are NO $55 batteries sold for this vehicle at Wal Mart or any where else for that matter. Florida law states that the "AS IS" sign is supposed to be posted "ON" the vehicle (which it wasn't) or it's not valid. None of the cars on ASAP's lot have the sign posted on them! The cheapest battery i could find for this vehicle was a little over $200. After replacing the battery there is still an issue with starting, either the starter or the ignition switch or both will have to be replaced. So instead of being sarcastic and telling me what I should replace, try responding with a solution to the problem that you created by lying and being dishonest. Quit hiding behind that AS IS sign that you didn't put on the vehicle or any of them. You didn't follow the guide lines for selling used cars according to Florid Law, so" MAN UP" and do what's right. Don't continue on this path of dishonesty and "ZERO" Integrity because it will catch up with you! I trusted you Is this how you want your kids treated one day? Be Blessed
