I bought a ticket from asap ticket me and my son they refused to put my son in the same flight with me they put him in a different flight he is 9 years old he cannot travel by himself we are stuck here in freetown sierra leone an d they cancel both tickets they refused to refund my money so I can buy another ticket im sick and I'm running out of medication am a single moms and I have to go to work?I'm stuck please help me.they ignoring my emails calls Resolution Sought To refund my money back

I bought 4 flight tickets over the phone from asap tickets and than found out that my mother in law who is also my aunt has breast cancer. Iam working for her as her caregiver and I did submit supporting documents to get my tickets cancelled and get a refund or credit for future travel. In addition to all that I have a green card and there are some new rules and restrictions to re entering the USA back. Those are 2 major reasons I can't fly on the 8 of July under the current circumstances. I need credit or refund for 4063. Iam trying to resolve this issue since march 2025 till now . And my case is being handled by their special team without any resolution. Everything is done over email and I got a email stating that my request for refund is being denied by their special team airline. My flight is in 4 days now they are telling me that I can't fly and risk being denied entry back to the USA. I live here with my husband my mother in law and 3 children. I reside in America since 2006. Please help me get my refund or at least a credit. Resolution Sought I request a refund or at least credit for future travel.
