Worst customer service!!! No to asaptickets better to buy directly from the airlines.

We tested positive for covid so we have to cancel our ticket to protect other people. When I cancel our flight the agent ask me If I really want to cancel after telling him I just tested positive for covid. My question is would they let us in the plane after telling them we just tested positive for covid?? Another agent is laughing "he said:" There is still covid" hmmm when we attempt to rebook our tickets they want us to pay $1800-$4000 for travel penalties even though we pay $734 for travel care and also I was on the United Airlines website I saw tickets for 1800-$2,200 per passenger. Annelyse the service specialist she said we cannot compare the prices online because it's different procedure I asked ask to give me explanation about the procedure until now she's still avoiding that question. United Airlines attempt to help us but the way asaptickets set up our tickets it's impossible for them to rebook it. Even when United Airlines attempted to rebook our tickets the prices are only $2200-$2600 per passenger which is for us is reasonable because the departure dates are very close. Asaptickets agency lies September 2023 agent ALCOVER left me a voicemail that we can book our flight because we can cancel for any reason. I even ask Rica the supervisor she said it's true that's there new policy so when we bought our ticket we feel confident that for any reason we will get our money back but our reason is not just any reason it's covid. We missed my brother's graduation and my mom is heartbroken when she finds out we supposed to surprise them. ASAP Tickets will do anything to get the sales but they are no help.
