Warranty company issued a claim for a transmission that does not flash with my vehicles computer, my mechanic brought this to there attention after he tried to have it flashed. "Not our problem anymore, we issued a check" now I am stuck paying for a brand new transmission for my wife's car. Family of 6 with one vehicle we have been with out a second vehicle for over a month I work full time in mass and they won't even cover a rental car. The customer service was extremely rude and pushed the blame directly onto my mechanic. Who advised them that they were making the wrong choice, but they okayed the choice because it was the cheapest option without asking me which option I would like. Would like some sort of action to happen, I'm a tax paying American citizen with a family that is barely making it by so you can understand that this new transmission payment Is going to set me back! Resolution Sought Pay for new transmission.
