On December 4, 2021 I won a trip on a radio station. I received a call informing me that I had to make a deposit of $99 and assist a presentation, which we happily attended my husband and I because we had never won anything before. Once we were there we were told the presentation will last two hours. Our first stress started there because the presentation started at 10am and ended at 4:40pm, I was late to work. We tried to understand what had happened there but they are professionals at misleading people. We were offered discounts on vacations, gifts, benefits which had a cost that we cannot afford but after so much talking our credit was ran and we were approved separately for $3000 and $4000 with monthly payments $100 charged to my husband's credit card for 7 years. We were rushed to sign, countless pages and different numbers, we were told we would receive a copy of it within 15 days but it was never received. We received a phone call from a Michael two months after telling us he was our agent and to download the RCI app to access my account, benefits, gifts, and be able to make reservations but it was all al lie. I'm not on the application as a client, I have tried to reach out to my agent Michael and he is never available and he does not return my calls. I was told I could make my own reservation but that is not true reservation have to be done through an agency on the phone. I feel ripped off, this is enough. Resolution Sought I want to cancel my contract, a refund of the $7000.00 a Barclay's card, 4000 to my account and 3000 to my husbands account and be out of this nightmare.
