I booked a pap smear appointment 6 months ago, I go in to get checked because I HAVE HAD AN ABNORMAL AND A CERVICAL FREEZE DONE. I was LITTERALLY refused services because SHE SAID 3 YEARS. But I have not had it done since 2019 and it's now 2021? Resolution Sought I want a call from the office manager telling me why I made a yearly appointment and then 6 months later go in and get refused services.
