My experience was awful. We sat and waited for hours and was unsure if I broke my ankle. I was not offered ice not even a tylenol. I did take a CAT scan which my insurance covered and they want to charge thousands of dollars extra for doing nothing for me besides having me wait for a total of 6 hours. I was given crutches when I found out my ankle was fractured. I was not measured for my height with the crutches. They literally handed them to me and that was it. Resolution Sought Make it right, they charged me almost 7000 dollars for a worthless visit.
