To begin I've contact the bbb, the CA DA office & the Federal Trade Commission. ASE never answered any of their inquiries. I paid a different amount for each vehicle, all on 5 - year contracts. I purchased these contracts in 2022, around Feb , / mar. I put 1 claim in for $ 501 and ASE did cover it. After that nothing. Most recent, in Dec. Of 2023 my 2005 hummer h2 needed a transfer case & a transmission. The owner of the transmission shop called ASE protection and was put on hold, ASE protection never came back to the phone and never returned the call. I called ASE and i got the same results. I end up paying $ 888.00 for the transfer case and then $ 5043.00 for the transmission. When ASE protection auto warranty finally answered my call, i informed them my transmission shop and i contacted ASE protection for a claim. I was told they never received a call for a claim . At that time i informed the ASE employee Diane or Maria i wanted to cancel all 4 of my contracts i was told i had to mail a notarized cancellation letter for each vehicle. I did as instructed. I waited a month, i called, and called. When ASE finally answered my call i inquired about the cancellation paperwork i mailed to ASE I was told by Maria they never received any paperwork, Maria lied. I called ASE again and this time Diane said i had to wait 90 days, i said ok. I called on March 06, 2024 and Diane told me 2 checks were mailed to me on the 1st of March, I've received nothing. Resolution Sought I am not far from reporting this business to the media and expose them for who and what they are. If there is a chance that you can help, i would like for ASE protect to refund my money $ 6900.00 and reimburse me $ 5043.00 for the transmission i had to pay for and the $ 888.00 for the transfer case i also had to pay for because of the lies and very deceitful scams this business portray. I recently read some ASE reviews and they've done this to a lot if people. ASE needs to be stopped.
