I currently live in the Asbrook Village Apts and have been living here now for over 2 yrs. My main problem with them is , I always pay my rent on time and if the one time i didnt it was bc they gave me the wrong info about details of new lease. Lately since Aug 2022,they would tell me my bal is all caught up after I have paid what I owed. Then there was a 68.00 balance, I don't know what that was for but the lady has just said I wouldn't owe anything else once I paid my reg rent. Well, wouldn't know it.. Where did the 68.00 come from? Then on yesterday I still had to go pay 15.45. Why?. Every month it is something with these people, I didn't have the problems the 1st year and half when I moved here. Management changed and it has going to hell and a hand basket every since. I feel like they trying to sneak and nickel and dime me out of every penny I have. Seems like every month, it's something, smh. This is Shame and a scandal. Just tragic. I want this issue fixed, Right Away! Anywhere else I lived, I paid my rent and that was it. Not wit with these people. This place is Absolutely Terrible! Resolution Sought I would like for Ashbrook Village owned and or operated by GVA management to stop asking me for money outside of my rent and utities as of Dec 1, 2022 until I move away from here.
