The company refused to provide my daughters order 1147303 (I paid for this item as a present to Diana) status per numerous emails requesting the exact status of my order and only when I stated I no longer want this order and want it cancelled was a response sent back to me with the status of the order in that I can't cancel the order. Internally with their compliance requirements they are required to respond to consumers questions/concerns within 48 hours, they did not do so and do not want to work with them or their products going forward as they don't even comply with any of their internal policies and/or procedures. Resolution Sought In line with my prior communication's, immediately cancel the order I placed and refund the full amount.
