I purchased a Sofa Sleeper from Ashley Furniture in Kennesaw , GA on 06/30/2022. It was undeliverable as it wouldn't fit through my apartment entry . I took my paperwork in and told them I would like a refund . I have called four times afterwards , each time being told no one has made a ticket for a refund . The last phone they also said that my bank account was closed which isn't the case . I have yet to receive my refund . Resolution Sought I would like a refund if you can assist .
