I purchased a bedroom set on 4/20/22 was to be delivered on 6/30 was delivered all parts was not in with the set-up. Had to continue to call Ashley Furniture. Still couldn't get it resolved. Alisha the store manager said things are being taken care of. But as of 6/7 I still haven't received the part that I need. The foot board is was damaged I have called several times and I also have visited the store 5 times but nothing but lip service is being done. Store manager Alisha said maybe we'll have the replacement part by 6/20. Please help me to resolve this I have asked for a new selection or a refund but wasn't able get anything. Resolution Sought Refund my money back or make another selection of any bedroom set that is in stock.
