I purchase the extended warranty through a third party. My claim for broken chair was accepted. Said it was going to be delivered Oct 3. Never came called everyday this month . Ashley said it was canceled because owed money. I put on my synchrony card And called them we have had it on auto pay. My extra insurance we paid through third party is going to pay them anyways so frustrated please help. Resolution Sought Swap ot the chair like the extended warranty we payed for. The company of warranty is saying claim still open and nothing they can do as they didn't close it.

Started around 05/22/2024, regarding my chair and half that I purchased 01 /14/2022 and paid for 5 Yr. Furniture Protection. The cushion went flat around that date and called Ashley Home Store and they referred me to a number to call. I called that number and they referred me another number and they referred me to another and so it went they way until I reached someone and told them the problem, they sent a new cushion for my chair and half. That cushion went flat with a month or so. I could not understand a new cushion went flat, a after a number of calls to this dept to another to get a tech. They came out and took at the struct it was okay. He wrote another claim. I called back a copy of weeks later and got the run around again and finally they told me to call back on the status of this claim. I gave them another about a month and called that number, they told me that they will not honor a new cushion and to call another number and they told me that I could purchase another cushion. When the tech came. Out and told me it was the new cushion was the problem not the structure. He told me that they will replace it and wrote a claim to be submitted to the right department to get my third cushion. When I called again, got the round around. I called the same number for the other cushion and said they time that they didn't deal with that claim which they did for the second on. The parts department told me, I could purchase a cushion & I said so what happens it went flat? Resolution Sought Send me a new chair and a half. Maybe they may not have the same chair but the same kind of chair and color. My total of living room total was $4329.98 not counting my other purchase, the bedroom furniture.

The following customer was working directly with their Furniture Protection Plan, since the one year manufacture warranty is expired. We will open a case and reach out to the customer to see if we can find a resolution for them, since the Protection plan denied their claim. Typically cushions will depress over time and conform to the user. We will attempt to resolve for the customer.
