Better service. More training.

Ordered my complete bedroom furniture $5,000 worth. Every piece is damaged. Small or not it's still damaged. Rail is broken missing hardware. But worst of all it took over a year to deliver it. I paid for white glove delivery! Welp that didn't happen. Because no headboard! Reached out finally two months later I was told yeah it came back on the truck. Well that should have been priority to redeliver it. Nope I had to drive 2 hours and wait 2 hours to get my own hardware and headboard! The drawers look like someone stabbed them with a screw driver. Just a mess. Called customer service to be YELLED at. Someone called me back to apologize for the rudeness of the woman. This don't make it better they are awful. Better service. More training. I understand covid delayed things but not your customer service it shouldn't.
