A purchased a foam mattress bed 2017 with a 10 year warranty – the first 3 years I had issues they would send a tech and they would say the bed was up to spec. April 25th they sent a tech to look at the bed, they asked how it was going, I said he did good, he was professional. The tech told me the bed meets the qualifications to receive a new bed, but Ashley furniture said it did not meet the qualifications. They said they would send another tech out, they never called back to set up appointment. So I called them, and they said the bed did not qualify, even after the tech said it did. The mattress is a foam mattress, so I was told it would qualify, since its not a spring mattress. Each tech is measuring the firmness at different levels. They called again asking how the service went. I just asked what the outcome was for the determination of the replacement. They stated since there was a stain on the mattress it voids the contract. How come the other techs did not notate the stain, but the last tech did. It has nothing to do with the condition, firmness and thickness of the mattress, which is what I am wanting it replaced for. Resolution Sought To honor the warranty and replace my mattress

After reviewing the service report, which was scheduled on 5/14/2025 for the Mattress of concern. It was determined that the customer's warranty had been voided due to visible stains on the Mattress. We would not be able to honor a replacement due to the information provided. We at Ashley are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause.

My complaint is that after making close to a $9,000 purchase at Ashley furniture I have had ongoing problems with the delivery and lil communication from them.in reference to my delivery of furniture It was scheduled for 1/18/25, when all furniture was delivered except for the mattress. No one ever contacted me to tell me the mattress was not available for delivery.so I had thrown out my old mattress in the process of my move My new home has all hardwood floors and ive been sleeping on the floor for 7 days. I am 70 years old with an injured back which is.why I purchased the memory foam mattress with a massage base. Yet to date and after several promises to do so, I still don't have the mattress I purchased in full. I received a call from Ashley saying dthe mattress would be here today. 1/24/25 between 10am and 2pm ( which meant i had to take off of my job ( I babysit after school kids) to be home At about 4:30pm my daughter tells me the truck delivered to her house..she explained that it was anberror and zi lived 5 minutes away..yet they still did not deliver it to me...telling my daughter they don't assemble anything anyway so it wouldn't matter if they delivered it. Yet. In just conversing with Ashley store Assoc?, I was told all delivery drivers must assemble!! It also should be noted thst my daughters furniture was setbto be delivered on 1/30/25 yet they made a partial delivery of her items and 2 ofvthebitems had to be dent back because they were damaged. Smh.. Resolution Sought I would like to have my mattress delivered to me asap with the appropriate Assemblers to connect it to the base and I would like 50.per cent of my order refunded to me. Just hung up from.the warehouse who as of this time couldn't tell me when they can deliver the mattress or assemble my bed. Therefore I am still sleeping on the floor My daughter has mattresses for my 2 grandchildren but their beds were NOT delivered. I have a bed with no mattress and 2 items were damaged on arrival to my dau
