Close down and go work at a circus.
At the Amarillo, TX Ashley store, I ordered a 3 piece living room set in Oct. 2021. It is now April 8th 2021. Every time I have called I get told a different story ;it's on back order, it's running late Because of Covid, and the last time was Because, it's coming from overseas. Then they will follow up and tell me it will be there by end of month. Then the loan company I went through refunded my deposit Because of the six months inactivity Because of this store not delivering my furniture. They are a bunch of Liars. Keep it , I'll take my business elsewhere. It should not take 6 months to deliver furniture!! Worst company ever, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this terrible unprofessional place of business. Even the credit loan company advised me Ashley's furniture was terrible and they deal with this constantly but at least they told me I could go somewhere else and they would still give me the loan for furniture I desperately need. I have a full time job with the county for the last 15 years, I don't understand what the hold up is and why all the lies!

Stop using sub par materials.
my rustic bedroom suit stinks (odor). I thought it was wood and it is particle board. The so called wood is splitting and giving way on my bed frame and my cabinet dresser. It is just horrible. I can't keep my clothes in the drawers because of the smell. Stop using sub par materials.
