9-14-2021, I went to Ashley Furniture Store in My. Juliet, Tennessee. Without being greeted, I called to beg a greeting, i put myself in hell that moment with salesman Darrell who ordered, assumed, or wanted me to buy mattress pad, mattress protection, mattress for $4,245.09. Two and half months later I received surprise call to ask me when I want those merchandise to be delivered. I then realized Darrell ordered me to buy for his paycheck. I answered I never placed an order. HOW DARRELL DID NOT KNOW CUSTOMER DID NOT ASKED WHEN THE MERCHANDISE BE DELIVERED MEANT CUSTOMER WAS NOT INTERESTED. HE ORDERED ME TO BUY WITHOUT TELLING ME THAT HE DID ONE MAN SHOW TO PUT ORDER ON PAPER. HE RECEIVED HIS PAYCHECK BUT CHARGED ME the Restock of $263.69. I hated the Ottoman from Ashley Furniture to death because it is for office to show not comfort. I did not feel to be responsible for $263.69 alone. I do not mind they take Ottoman for the bully money they asked. I do not want anything to do with Ashley furniture store because Macy only charge $169.00 while Ashley charge $899 for headboard. is not my taste to do installment for 17 years. I could pay $6.00 for 48 months for $263.69. I hope this Consumer Affairs could solve this problem so I do not have to live in hell. THANKS. I AM WAITING FOR YOUR HELP SOON. Resolution Sought Stop the $263.69 punishment money because I can not pay $263.69.
