On 8/23/21 I purchased a king split adjustable bed from Ashley Home Store in Sebring , Florida from Sam Rolan. At that time I told them that I needed the bed for my disabled husband who was in the hospital. On 9/6/21 the bed was delivered . Delivery man told me that instructions were not with the mechanical parts and he didn't know how to put it together. He said Ashley would be calling me back within 24 hours. On Tuesday at 4:30pm I had not heard from them and contacted customer service. I told them what happed and they said someone would be there on Friday the 10th. On Friday I had not heard anything and I contacted Ashley again and told them I was not pleased with their service and that no one had contacted me to let me know when technicians would be there to connect adjustable mechanism. They said they did not tell me that they would be there Frida but would be out on Saturday. On Saturday in the early evening two technicians showed up and adjustable mechanisms was not working and instructions were in the box. Tech said someone would be contacting me within 24 hours. On Monday after receiving no call , I contacted their customer service and was given nothing but a run around. I asked for them to pick up the base and refund me the cost so I could get a working adjustable frame and they let me know that I could not. I've explained that I did contact within the 72 hours from the original delivery but rep did not give me a reference number and I still have a broke bed Resolution Sought Refund and pick up the mattresses and adjustable bed frame that doesn't work! COMPLETE REFUND! So I can go out and get a bed that works for my disabled husband.
