I bought a mattress December 23,2020. There was an issue getting the one I wanted so they substituted the Sealy for a Stearns and Foster. I also bought the extended warranty along with other furniture. This mattress is less than a year old and is sagging very badly. I went to the local store and was given a pamphlet with a number to call. I called and was told someone would call me the next day. No call. I called several times more. I was then given a number to call in South Carolina. After several attempts to reach them, I was told this was the wrong number and was given another number, this time in Amarillo TX. Amarillo told me someone would call me back that same day. Again, no call. I called again and was told to call back. Does this company ever follow through?? Resolution Sought I want this mattress either replaced or my money back.
